In-House Service Technician

Anton Paar will establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Santiago de Chile starting in January 2026. Therefore, we are looking for someone to join our team as In-House Service Technician.The In-House Service Technician is responsible to provide expert technical support, repair, and calibration services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical support to customers via telephone and email.
Deliver outstanding repair, maintenance, and calibration services.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintaining strong client relationships.
Prepare estimates for the cost of repair
Plan and document all repair and maintenance activities independently.
Performing factory calibrations (ISO 17025, if required).
Taking responsibility for personal warehouse / stock.
Forwarding sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when instruments need to be replaced.
Attending all necessary Anton Paar service trainings for the relevant ...
