In-house Solicitor

Overview

In-House Solicitor (up to 4 years PQE, or senior level with supervisory experience) – Glasgow (fully on-site). Full Time, Permanent. Salary: up to £65,000, dependant on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a diverse caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims with minimal supervision.
• Acting as a Panel Solicitor, handling discussions with insurers, external law firms, and party litigants.
• Providing clear and concise legal advice to key stakeholders, including Board members and insurers.
• Supporting the business in a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.
• Providing leadership and supervisory support within the team as required (for senior candidates).

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (Scotland) with a current practising certificate from the Law Society of Scotland.
• Strong background in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation. ...
