In House Solicitor or Paralegal

Running claims, assisting with M&A work, focused on file management of multiple property purchases and sales each month and excellent file management skills is what is needed for this role. You may be a paralegal or a Solicitor, who wishes to work in-house. You may be in-house somewhere else. Each day will require you to be central to: -

1. Claims Management of Insurance Claims
2. Litigation Management of case files
3. Able to work with an existing small team of senior manager and a legal secretary
4. Team also managed multiple property acquisitions and disposals for in-house purchases (c.20 transactions a month)
5. Team also manages 2/3 M&A transactions per year

This role is for someone who has experience and training in corporate, litigation and proeprty.
