In-house Video Director/Scriptwriter

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storylines for prenuptial and pre-debut video shoots.
• Align creative direction with client preferences, themes, and company branding.
• Present and finalize scripts with the client prior to the shoot.
• Direct clients on the day of the pre-nuptial or pre-debut shoot, ensuringf comfort, natural expression, and adherence to the planned storyline.
• coordinate with the production team (videographers, photographers, stylists, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of the shoot.
• Manage time and flow during the shoot to maximize efficiency and creativity.
• Work closely with the assigned video editor to oversee the editing process.
• Provide creative input, feedback, and approval for color grading, sound, pacing , and story flow.
• Ensure the final video output meets client expectations and company quality standards.
