In-line Maintenance Vertical Sealer

Job Summary:
Responsible for the proper operation, basic maintenance, and minor repair of the vertical sealer machine to ensure continuous and efficient production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the vertical sealer machine during production.
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and address minor machine issues or malfunctions.
• Ensure correct sealing, alignment, and machine settings based on production requirements.
• Report major machine problems to the maintenance or engineering team.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Assist in machine setup and changeover when required.
