Generations Toronto is a not-for-profit, inter-generational community where seniors, families, and individuals live and support one another. Our housing, care and community spaces create a model for culturally inclusive, community living that promotes healthy aging, intergenerational connection and a sense of belonging for all.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families during tours or move-in days

Provide information about Generations Toronto services, eligibility, and the application process

Answer general questions and help ease concerns from visitors, families and caregivers

Support residents during their transition into the home (e.g., helping them settle in, offering companionship)

Assist with wayfinding and orientation within the facility
