About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information about Generations Toronto in-person within your community

Explain eligibility criteria and answer questions about the application process in-person

Offer reassurance and support to families with questions or concerns in-person

Document conversation details and follow-up actions as required

About You

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills and listening skills

Friendly and patient

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
