Shape the future of Intelligent Networks. We are looking for a IN SME to lead IN network operations and capacity planning within the Circle. This is a strategic role where your expertise ensures seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in one of the most critical domains of telecom. As the IN SME, you will drive network operations, dimensioning, and design reviews for Intelligent Networks (IN). You’ll ensure KPI compliance, SLA adherence, and optimal utilization while supporting sales, marketing, and project teams with technical insights. This role offers exposure to large-scale IN environments, cross-functional leadership, and opportunities to influence customer experience and profitability.
