Job Description

  • Cell based assays: Candidate with have good knowledge on cell culturing techniques, Cell based assays. Ex: Cell viability assay.
  • Biochemical assays: Hands on experience of conducting biochemical assays and cellular assays would be required.
  • Techniques: good handling of instruments, protein estimation & Western blot analysis.
  • Well versed with the data analysis techniques/software (GraphPad prism is must) used in laboratories.
  • Should be familiar with latest technologies used for protein expression and purifications and characterization of proteins and antibodies.

    • Basic knowledge on biochemical and cell-based assays

    Team player, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams,

    strong analytical skills and ability to work under stringent timelines, good communication skills

    Multi-channel pipettes, Multimode plate readers, Western blot apparatus, operation of centrifuge, ELISA etc
