Location: Zetrix Tower, Empire City, Damansara Perdana

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Normal Office Hours)

What You'll Do

• Contact or receive calls from customers to explain the benefits of car/motorcycle insurance renewal services
• Use prepared scripts to share product information, pricing, and promotions
• Negotiate and convince customers to renew or purchase insurance services
• Prepare and send insurance quotations via email
• Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails professionally
