Real estate agency in Barcelona is looking for an Inbound Leads Coordinator to join our team and work at our office in the city centre.

We are looking for a communicative, responsible and dynamic person, with native or high-level Russian, capable of dealing with clients in a professional manner, managing requests quickly, sending information and maintaining client interest in the company.

Responsibilities :

• management of incoming client requests in Russian, Spanish and English.
• communication with clients by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and other channels.
• sending information about properties and company services.
• accompanying the client in the first phase of communication.
• building client loyalty towards the company.
