Inbound & Outbound Supervisor

Job Description (Position Summary)

The Inbound & Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse operations across multiple processes (Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Packing). This role ensures SLA compliance, cost efficiency, service optimization, and operational excellence throughout the consolidation warehouse processes.

The Supervisor supports logistics & quality strategies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders. The position plays a key role in operation cost management and warehouse performance while maintaining high service standards and operational compliance.
