inbound process lead

Responsible for managing all incoming materials and goods using the Inventory Management System (IMS). This role ensures accurate recording of receipts, verification of documents, and timely updating of stock information to maintain data accuracy and support smooth warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inbound logistics operations (IMS or ERP experience preferred).
• Proficient in using Inventory Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally ERP, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
