A person who understanding of transportation limitations and regulations, transportation issues and has planning skills and ability to contribute individually to greater goal.

The Inbound & Returns Lead focuses on controlling the 3PLs performance to ensure achievement of service levels committed and related to Inbound and Returns. Role also supports activities required for NPS, COGs, & KPIs controls including continuous improvements and best practices regarding all Inbound processes.
