Inbound Sales Advisor

• Hourly rate of £12.75.


• Monthly bonus earning opportunities, up to £400!


• Hybrid model – A mix of days on site based in Newcastle city centre & the comfort of your own home.


• Full time permanent position - Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 9am-8pm Monday to Sunday.

As an advisor with O2/Virgin Media, our customers interests are at the heart of everything we do. Your main role will be to respond to inbound calls from O2/Virgin Media Mobile customers. You are to provide excellent customer service support, help with general queries such as , payments, billing, customer complaints, data usage, roaming costs & aim to drive sales through great service.
