Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach inbound sales representatives
• Drive sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth
• Oversee inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers placing orders
• Ensure accurate order processing, modifications, and special instructions
• Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies for premium products
• Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and call quality
• Handle escalations and complex customer concerns
• Collaborate with operations and QA to ensure seamless fulfillment
