Inbound Sales Representative

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Representatives to manage inbound inquiries and structured follow-ups. This is not a cold-calling position. All leads originate from customers who have expressed interest in our services. The primary objective of the role is to convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings through clear communication, accurate quoting, disciplined follow-up, and a professional customer experience. Representatives are also expected to upsell packing, cleaning, and add-on services to maximize revenue per booking. Core Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound calls and online inquiries. Prepare and present accurate service quotations aligned with operational pricing guidelines.
