We’re scaling our Barcelona Sales hub and looking for an Inbound Sales Team Lead to lead our Spanish Inbound team and play a key role in launching the Portuguese market.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves sales, coaching, and building things from the ground up, with real ownership in a fast-growing fintech.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Start as a player-coach by directly managing inbound leads during your first 2–3 months, building deep market understanding and helping shape the Portuguese launch playbook
Lead and develop a team of Inbound Sales Reps handling warm, high-intent leads for the Spanish market
