What you will do

• Improve and optimize job descriptions to increase visibility and candidate conversion;
• Monitor and manage job postings across automated and manual processes;
• Manage and continuously improve our Referral & Talent Programs, driving engagement and tracking performance;
• Analyze applications and referral data to identify gaps and suggest practical improvements;
• Support new inbound initiatives and talent attraction efforts in global markets;
• Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to align attraction efforts with employer branding goals.
