About this opportunity:
We’re looking for an
Inbound Transport Planner
to ensure material availability by managing international inbound transportation flows from suppliers and global sites into the Guadalajara Operations Hub.
This is a
hands-on, highly operational role
focused on executing shipments, coordinating with logistics providers and customs brokers, and ensuring deliveries arrive on time, at optimal cost, and in full compliance with regulations. You will be part of a lean team, working in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder interaction.
What you will do:
Plan and execute international inbound shipments (air, ocean, and road), including flows from Asia
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import processes
Manage end-to-end shipment execution (booking, tracking, and issue resolution)
