Job Description

The In charge of the Machine Shop is responsible for overseeing all daily operations within the machine shop, ensuring efficient and safe production of precision-machined parts. This role involves managing resources, coordinating workflow, maintaining equipment, and leading the team to meet quality, productivity, and delivery targets. also implements continuous improvement initiatives, enforces safety standards, and collaborates with engineering and production departments to support overall manufacturing goals.
Key Technical skills: CNC Machine shop experience in heavy precision machining
CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens), program optimization
GD&T, process capability, in‑process gauging
Tooling selection (carbide, CBN, grades, nose radius), tool presetting
Fixture design basics and clamping techniques
Understanding ofcoolants, cutting parameters, chatter elimination
Basic CAM (Mastercam/Auto-cad/Edgecam)
