Incident Coordinator & Investigator - (12 month opportunity)

The TELUS Data and Trust Office (DTO) is seeking an Incident Coordinator and Investigator to join our team. This role will involve day‑to‑day coordination and management of critical privacy, data and AI incidents across all of TELUS globally, and will assist the DTO team lead in conducting investigations.

TELUS is a trusted privacy leader globally and in this role, you will be working alongside some of the most passionate and innovative professionals in the business. This position will report to TELUS’ Incident Management Lead and Legal Counsel.

• Lead incident management response team calls in respect of both privacy/data and AI‑related incidents and support notification strategy
