Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science
Practitioner Certificate in Service Management (desirable)
3+ years’ work experience in IT, with hands‑on Major Incident & Problem Management
Candidates who have only managed incidents within their own team will not be considered
Key Responsibilities
Manage Incident Management functions to ensure quick restoration of systems and services for business entities
Facilitate Service Management efforts to improve ITSM process maturity from an Incident Management perspective
Coordinate strategic planning to enhance IT services, build lasting relationships, and deliver high-quality service that meets or exceeds user expectations
