The Incident Management Lead will oversee the identification, analysis, and remediation of operational and technology risk incidents. This role will support the development of incident management policies, facilitate risk investigations, and provide critical insights to improve the organization's risk control environment. The role requires close collaboration with business units and senior management to ensure timely resolution of incidents and to enhance the overall risk health of the organization.
