About The Role
The Incident Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating IT incident resolution to minimize disruptions to business operations. This role ensures effective communication of incident status and resolutions to stakeholders while performing impact assessments and escalating critical issues as needed.
Additionally, the Incident Manager utilizes ITIL framework best practices to enhance incident response processes and contributes to continuous improvement through detailed incident documentation and analysis.
