Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incident Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of incident response and resolution. This role is critical in ensuring incidents are handled efficiently to minimize business impact and restore services as quickly as possible. The ideal candidate has a strong background in incident management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
