Job Description

SupportFinity™ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Problem Manager / Incident Manager to oversee incident lifecycle management and root cause analysis. Responsibilities include coordinating major incident resolutions and facilitating continuous service improvement across IT departments.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in ITSM roles. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and knowledge of ITIL processes are essential. Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu is preferred.
