Job Description
Lead diversity initiatives as an Inclusion and Diversity Consultant with the City of Thunder Bay. This role focuses on embedding inclusive practices that resonate throughout the Corporation.
As a strategic partner, you will develop and implement impactful DEI strategies within the organization. Your work will support recruitment, retention, and development of employees while ensuring equitable policies. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders will be essential in making equity an integral part of organizational practices and community relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective DEI programs
• Create policies to enhance employee engagement
• Assess organizational practices for equity compliance
• Collaborate with HR on DEI strategies and outreach
• Report on success metrics and identify improvement areas

• Degree in human resources or related discipline
