Serve as an Inclusive Community Home Share Provider for adults with disabilities. Share your living space and empower individuals through supportive relationships and shared experiences.
In this role, you'll support adults with intellectual and physical disabilities in leading fulfilling lives within your home. Collaborating closely with professionals, you will facilitate their development, respect their choices, and ensure their needs are met within a warm environment.
