The Ts'its'ixwnítway Member Services Department is seeking an experienced leader to manage our Income Assistance program during this important 6-month term. As Income Assistance Manager, you'll oversee a dedicated team providing essential financial support to Squamish Nation members in need, while upholding our values of compassion and community care.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of 8+ staff delivering Income Assistance services 
Ensure compliant administration of ISC program guidelines 
Manage program budgets and resource allocation 
Develop service improvements for vulnerable populations 
 Maintain accurate records and reporting 
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning 
Provide mentorship and staff development
