Incubation Manager

Reporting to: Head of Program Management
PITB Incubation Wing is hiring three Incubation Managers, with one on-site position at each incubation center, to lead the day-to-day delivery of incubation programs under its province-wide entrepreneurship initiatives.
This role is execution-focused and requires prior hands-on experience working with startups or entrepreneurship programs.
Role Scope
The Incubation Manager is responsible for translating program structure into daily execution at the center level, ensuring startups progress as expected and institutional processes are followed with discipline and consistency.
This role requires prior hands-on experience working with startups or entrepreneurship programs. Applications without relevant startup exposure will not be considered.
