COMPETITION # ILFT 26-012 (PT) (40 Hours Bi-Weekly, Days, Evenings, Weekends)
POSITION TYPE PERMANENT, PART-TIME
The Independent Living Transition Facilitator (ILTF) is responsible for role-modelling and teaching independent living skills to youth. Youth will be and empowered with the help and guidance of the ILTF to reach independence and autonomy.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Mentors and role models vital life skills for successful independent living, including budgeting, paying bills, house chores and cleaning, etc.

Teaches and assists with grocery shopping, healthy meal planning and food preparation.

Provides creative and hands-on learning opportunities that reflect goals and objectives outlined in the individual case plan.
