Reporting to the Accessibility Manager, the role supports people with disabilities in learning how to use public transport safely and confidently. Working closely with internal teams, external agencies and service users, the Travel Assistant provides practical guidance, journey planning support and travel training. This position plays a vital role in promoting independence, inclusion and equal access to public transport. Garda Vetting will be required.
