Overview
The India Communications Lead is a senior role responsible for shaping and executing integrated communications strategies across India, reflecting the country’s size, complexity, and strategic importance. This leader will drive reputation, affinity, and awareness for Waters in India, acting as the primary communications advisor to the India General Manager. The role bridges global corporate initiatives with India’s market needs, ensuring Waters’ brand, business priorities, and transformation narrative are effectively localized and amplified.
This role will be based in our Global Capability Center in Bangalore, India.

Integrated Communications Strategy: Develop and deliver internal and external communications tailored to Indian audiences, including the localization of global campaigns, earned media, and owned content.
