India FP&A COE Leader

The India Finance Leader oversees a team of about 40 finance associates at Cytiva's largest finance site, and is responsible for ensuring timely completion of close, forecasting, and budgeting tasks. This role collaborates with finance leaders and supports the global finance community.


This position reports to the Vice President, FP&A and is the leader of the Finance COE team located in India which will be an on-site role.


What you will do:

+ Coordinate with global finance partners as needed to support COE areas and ensure service levels and performance meet expectations.

+ Utilize DBS for process improvement, automation, AI implementation, and team productivity.

+ Promote execution by enforcing and enhancing daily management practices.
