Job Description

Seeking an experienced commercial contracts lawyer with 10–12 years’ PQE in Bangalore (combination of law firm and in house preferred) to lead high-volume review, negotiation and finalisation of MSAs, SoWs and service provider agreements for a global team. 

The professional must have strong drafting skills and good exposure to North American, UK and European jurisdictions.
