Job Description
Enhance Indigenous recruitment efforts while engaging communities in a meaningful way. Employ culturally responsive methods to support students from initial contact to enrollment.
This Officer will report to the Manager of Indigenous Initiatives, focusing on delivering effective recruitment for a range of post-secondary programs. Your role will involve developing relationships with Indigenous communities while promoting the Polytechnic’s educational offerings. You will contribute to improving systemic barriers through proactive community outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Indigenous-focused recruitment strategies
• Develop respectful community relationships
• Organize events and promotional outreach activities
