Indigenous Health Integration Lead - SFU School of Medicine

Detailed Overview Reporting to the Director, Indigenous Health or assigned delegate, the Indigenous Health Integration Lead plays a key enabling and enhancing role, aligning priorities between Fraser Health and the Simon Fraser University (SFU) School of Medicine. This position strengthens alignment, coordination, and relationship-building between Fraser Health, the Indigenous Health Medical Program Director, and SFU faculty and program leaders to support culturally safe, respectful, and racism-free medical education and health services.

The Indigenous Health Integration Lead supports health system transformation by embedding Indigenous cultural safety, humility, Indigenous-specific anti-racism, and trauma-informed approaches into practice, policy, and clinical learning environments.
