Novonesis is seeking an Indirect Buyer II who will work closely with Category Buyers and other procurement functions to manage tactical and operational procurement within our sites in Mexico, Colombia and Peru. This role focuses on vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost optimization across various service categories including IT, marketing, HR, facilities, and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations and negotiation of commercial terms and contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key service providers and internal clients.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and departmental stakeholders to manage risk and support contract lifecycle.
