Indirect Buyer (Procurement and Services)

IMPACT AND OPPORTUNITY

This role will be responsible for executing global indirect procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure an efficient supply of indirect materials and services for the Automotive industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Optimize the administrative management of purchase orders through the use of technological tools.

• Control budgets and KPIs for the category, ensuring the achievement of savings and efficiency objectives.

• Ensure availability and delivery times for indirect materials and services.

• Conduct negotiations with suppliers to obtain competitive terms and generate cost reduction initiatives.

• Prevent supply disruptions, guaranteeing the operational capacity of suppliers.

• Manage key supplier relationships, including contracts, pricing, supply capacity, and conflict resolution.
