Indirect Sourcing Manager

The Indirect Sourcing Manager leads the end‑to‑end sourcing and category management of indirect spend—including production consumables, office supplies, MRO, machinery & equipment (CAPEX), facilities services, and renovations/fit‑out projects. The role delivers measurable value through cost optimization, risk management, supplier performance, and process compliance, partnering closely with Operations, Facilities, Finance, EHS, IT, and Legal. Success is measured by total cost of ownership (TCO) savings, service level adherence, on‑time project delivery, and compliance to policy.
