Please note that this is for a 24 month fixed term contract, at BACP we operate a hybrid working policy and this role will be required to attend BACP House in Lutterworth 2 days per week

Accountabilities

1. To be responsible for the various processes associated with the BACP Individual Accreditation Schemes, ensuring systems are efficient and effective and that standards are being maintained throughout
2. To provide in-depth information, technical support and handle complex queries from members applying for Accreditation through the various application routes. Including liaising with other departments to ensure members receive the high level of customer care they expect from BACP
