The Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation (CHFF) is a global international development organisation supporting Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia’s life‑changing treatment, surgery and prevention programs for women affected by obstetric fistula and other childbirth injuries in Ethiopia. Guided by compassion, dignity and long‑term impact, CHFF raises critical funds to restore women’s health, rebuild their futures and transform lives across generations.

As Individual Giving Manager , you will lead and optimise the Individual Giving portfolio, overseeing appeals, donor journeys, regular giving, acquisition and community fundraising marketing. You will manage three multi‑channel direct mail appeals and one 12‑hour Giving Day each year, produce printed supporter newsletters, and lead targeted acquisition and retention strategies. The role also drives marketing for community fundraising initiatives including Hamlin Ethiopian Adventures and the Hamlin Barefoot Walk.
