About the role

SSE GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Indoor Sales professional to join our team in Klang, Selangor. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our innovative products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Look for stock requested by customers and Issue sales invoice to customers
• Achieving monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Keep the stock organized
• Elevate customer complaints to the manager

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
