August 19, 2022 – Schaffer Associates is recruiting for a Branch Manager for a leading industrial and construction supplier for B2B customers within the manufacturing, industrial, and contractor sectors. Based in the northern Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania), the Branch Manager will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating all operations for the branch. This includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members, as well as developing goals to maintain sales performance, distribution operations, customer service, and human resources. The Branch Manager will have responsibility for assessing local market conditions to identify sales opportunities and prospective new clients.
