QUALIFICATIONS :
· A graduate of any business or allied health courses (Bachelor's)
· With ability to operate computer and basic office equipment
· With good communication skills (both oral and written)
· Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
· Willing to work under pressure
· Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
· With excellent customer service skills
. Self motivation and can handle difficult situation

. Willing to work overtime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Segregates HMO/Company Out-patient forms/LOA's and charge slips for preparation of Billing Statement.
Segregates LOA's as per date and Doctor and per HMO.
Checking of signatures of patient/s and Doctor/s together with legible diagnosis.
Encode HMO/Company Out-patient medical services.
