Job Summary
The Electrical Technician position requires Industrial Electrical/PLC experience in the industry with the knowledge of motors, industrial wiring, electro-mechanical drives, PLC application software/hardware, and servo motion control applications.
This position also requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and the ability to effectively participate in a team-oriented work environment.
Program and troubleshoot I/O blocks, sensors, vision systems, barcode readers, primarily Allen-Bradley & Siemens PLCs/HMIs, servos & servo drives.
Key Responsibilities:
Test electrical system and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of the system.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdo...
