Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Electrician (PLC & Allen Bradley)

A growing manufacturing organization in Mississauga is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Electrician with strong experience in Allen Bradley systems and PLC troubleshooting to support plant operations and equipment reliability. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues including motors, sensors, circuits, VFDs, and PLC systems (Allen Bradley required)

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance to ensure minimal production disruption

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment such as conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, CNC routers...
