Industrial Engineer

Conduct internal operational audits and evaluations.
Analyze workflow, processes, and system inefficiencies using industrial engineering tools.
Plan, lead, and monitor improvement projects aligned with business goals.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KP|s) to measure effectiveness of operations.
Use Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of operational improvement projects.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and project management tools.
Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks
(Lean, Six Sigma).
