Job Description

Overview We are looking for an INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING  with at least 1 year of experience in the garment industry. The successful candidate will support production operations through effective planning, process improvement, and line efficiency analysis. 
Responsibilities Conduct time and motion studies and determine Standard Minute Values (SMV) 
Create the Operation Breakdown (OB) 
Assist in line balancing, target setting, and line layout planning 
Analyze operator performance and propose productivity improvements 
Coordinate with production team 
Monitor line efficiency and production output daily 
Prepare reports related to IE activities and production efficiency 
Ensure compliance with buyer standards (Quality and safety) 
Qualifications Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology or related course
